Duties

The successful applicant will:

  1. Assist with research activities, including data collection, data entry, and preliminary data analysis.

  2. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and academic publications.

  3. Assist with administrative tasks related to ongoing research projects.

  4. Maintain accurate and organised research records.

  5. Liaise with research participants and collaborating institutions.

  6. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the project lead or Head of Department.

Requirements

The successful applicant should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or a related discipline.

  • Previous experience in a research setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Redcap software.

  • Basic understanding of medical terminology.

  • Good organisational and communication skills.

  • A strong work ethic and demonstrated willingness to learn.

Added Advantages

  • Prior experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, NVivo).

  • Previous experience working with human subjects research or clinical data.

  • Familiarity with academic writing and referencing.
