Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Neurology seeks part-time Sleep Neurologist Clinical Associates at 60% effort for renewable terms of up to three years. Appointees will provide outpatient evaluation and management of patients with sleep-related neurological conditions, including sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy and related conditions. Clinical responsibilities will be primarily based at offsite University of Chicago Medicine locations, specifically in the South and Western Suburbs, and at the main campus in Hyde Park. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation is dependent upon qualifications. These positions are benefits-eligible. Qualifications

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must:

  1. Have a medical doctorate or equivalent.

  2. Hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois.

  3. Have completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in sleep medicine.

Applicants must also be Board certified or Board eligible in both Neurology and Sleep Medicine.
