The Brascamp Lab for Visual Neuroscience at Michigan State University is seeking a Research Associate (postdoc) to begin in the Spring of 2021. The Research Associate will be researching the neural basis of conscious vision, on a project funded by the Templeton World Charity Foundation and performed at Michigan State University in collaboration with researchers at NYU, UC Irvine, and Boston University. The work involves visual psychophysics and functional neuroimaging. The Brascamp Lab is located within the Department of Psychology and is a part of the Department's Cognition and Cognitive Neuroscience group, which provides an excellent research and training environment with faculty expertise covering a broad range of topics in perception and cognitive psychology. There is a possibility that the project will require the Research Associate to spend limited time in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for part of the data acquisition.
