In partnership with the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC), this newly created position provides expertise in Data Governance to research organisations to best manage and leverage their research data assets and meet national challenges, requirements and developments.  This includes developing institution-wide policies related to research data, frameworks and procedures, and access and usage of sensitive data. You’ll also provide specialist advice across ARDC programs and partner institutions as required.

Who you are

You can demonstrate your knowledge and experience designing frameworks, policies, processes, and procedures related to Data Governance in research environments; ability to manage multiple concurrent complex projects and, provide high-level advice and review and re-engineer complex systems and processes. Your ability to work effectively as part of a dispersed team, as well as engaging and gaining consensus from relevant stakeholders will also be critical.
