Duties and responsibilities
  • High-level research in astrophysics.
  • Interpretation and analysis of data from astronomical observations and simulations; publication of the results in international journals and conferences.
  • Supervising students.
Required qualifications
PhD or an equivalent qualification.
 
Required experience
  • Capability to conduct research independently.
  • First or co-author for at least five 1.1 peer-reviewed publications within the last five years in international journals in the field of astrophysics.
  • Work experience outside of Estonia.
  • Experience in programming and using data bases.
Required language skills
Estonian and English.
