Position Summary

The Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine is seeking a research faculty member at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level on the fixed-term track to conduct research projects on topics specific to cochlear implantation and cochlear implant use. The major responsibility will be collaboration with clinicians and researchers in the development and execution of clinical research projects with pediatric and adult cochlear implant recipient populations.

Educational Requirements

AuD and/or PhD and NC Licensure

Qualifications and Experience

Strong background in assisting and conducting clinical research with cochlear implant recipients and disseminating results at state and/or national conferences. Clinical training with cochlear implant patients is preferred.
