The position provides an opportunity for an early-career researcher to spend two years developing their individual research agenda and leading their own research initiatives within a multidisciplinary research environment.

The postdoctoral position primarily provides opportunities to:

The postdoctoral appointment is a full-time, non-tenured research position based in Lund, Sweden.
To fulfil the research obligations of the position, the successful applicant is expected to be physically present on a regular basis and actively participate in the research activities of the Department.
Appointment to a postdoctoral position requires:
A doctoral degree, or an international degree deemed equivalent to a doctoral degree, in the subject area of the position.
This eligibility requirement must be fulfilled no later than the time of the employment decision.
Priority will be given to applicants who completed their doctoral degree no more than three years before the application deadline.
Earlier doctoral degrees may be considered under special circumstances, including:

Applicants must have:
A doctoral degree, or an equivalent foreign qualification, in Business Administration or a related field relevant to the subject area, obtained no more than three years before the application deadline.
Subject knowledge in Business Administration.
Knowledge of text analysis and AI-based analytical methods.
High scientific competence.
Good teaching ability.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
The following qualifications are considered advantageous:
International experience, including studies or employment at a non-Swedish university or university college.
Scientific achievements or awards demonstrating research excellence.
Proficiency in conducting scientific studies using text analysis and AI-based analytical methods.
Experience interacting with society outside academia.
Relevant professional experience outside academia.
