Duties
The position focuses on teaching and research in organisation and management.
Teaching Responsibilities:
Teaching primarily takes place in:
- Bachelor’s courses (e.g., organisation of public administration, organisational conditions)
- Master’s courses (e.g., organisation and environment, leadership in public organisations)
- Possible doctoral and commissioned education
Teaching formats include:
- Lectures
- Seminars
- Workshops
- Supervision
Additional duties:
- Course coordination
- Assessment and examination
- Administrative tasks
Teaching is mainly in Swedish, but some English teaching may occur.
Research Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent research in public administration

Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Hold a PhD in Public Administration or related field (e.g., business administration, sociology, anthropology, ethnology)
- Demonstrate teaching competence
- Have very good Swedish (spoken and written) — mandatory requirement
Eligibility follows Swedish Higher Education Ordinance and university regulations.
