Job Description

Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology/Organisational Behaviour.

The successful candidate is expected to make a significant contribution to AMBS’s reputation for world-class research and to lead and develop expertise in key areas through both research and engagement. They are expected to teach at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate level in the area of Organisational Psychology/Organisational Behaviour and to participate in the administrative activities of AMBS.

Moreover, applicants are expected to network with policy and practitioner communities to improve the impact of their research.

The post is based within the Organisational Psychology group of the People, Management and Organisations division (PMO). An international reputation in research topics relevant to the themes of Organisational Psychology/Organisational Behaviour is essential.
