Senior Research Assistant in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Education of the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 511305) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should have a postgraduate degree, preferably in Psychology, Education, or other Social Science disciplines. They should demonstrate a strong knowledge in large-scale project management and evaluation, research and teaching, educational innovations, and academic writing and publication. They should also demonstrate an excellent command of English; strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills; and high capability of conducting statistical data analysis and writing reports/papers independently. Background in statistics and experience in using statistical packages and qualitative analysis is expected. Applicants with proven track record in project management and publication are of advantage. 

The appointee will oversee the implementation of a large-scale cross-faculty Interprofessional Education (IPE) and e-triggered Problem-based Learning (PBL). He/She will provide strong support to academic staff in their teaching and research-related tasks. Applicants who have responded to the previous advertisement (Ref.: 508760) need not re-apply.
