£30942 to £33797 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

We are looking for a Teaching Associate in the School of Psychology to deliver high quality teaching in one or more of the core areas of Psychology.

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Associate to contribute to the development of academic skills of undergraduate students, mainly through creation and delivery of workshops, tutorials, and seminars and supervision of project students at undergraduate or masters level. You will also contribute to lectures or seminars in one or more core areas of psychology  with a focus on social, applied or developmental psychology and/or research methods, areas. The University is offering blended learning for the academic year 2020-2021. You will have a PhD, or be working towards completion of a PhD, in Psychology or Cognitive Neuroscience, have experience of teaching and have completed a BPS accredited undergraduate degree (or equivalent conversion or overseas course).

This is a fixed-term post available until 30th September 2021. Hours of work are part-time (21.75 hours per week).
