Teaching Fellow in Business Management

Salary: Grade 7 (£36,333 - £43,155 p.a. depending on experience)

Owing to the nature of this role, you will be required to have a substantive presence on campus with scope for some elements of the post to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.

Do you have proven experience of delivering outstanding work-related learning in Business Management and Leadership?  Are you able to demonstrate the use of a blended learning approach in order to help learners apply their learning to their own roles within their organisation?  Do you have a practical understanding of the needs of adult learners?

The Lifelong Learning Centre (LLC) launched the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) in 2018, which runs alongside our ongoing provision of a part-time business degree and full-time foundation years.   With growth in our recruitment, we are seeking to appoint an additional Teaching Fellow who will be responsible for delivery of a range of modules on the CMDA (programme details at: ).  Each role will carry responsibilities beyond the teaching of modules such as provision of tutorial support and project supervision.

You will have excellent skills in the delivery of stimulating, high-quality learning that enables reflective integration of academic and professional perspectives, makes effective use of blended learning and is responsive to the needs of learners and employers.  Applicants must be able to teach at least two of the following areas: Leadership and Management, Project Management, Operations Management, HRM, Management Decision Making, Accounting.
