About the Role

We are looking to appoint two Teaching Fellows to undertake a range of duties to support and coach L6 and L7 Degree Apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours to successfully complete their apprenticeship. Sitting within the Teaching Services Support Team in the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science, these posts will also be responsible for leading tri-partite meetings with apprentices and employers, and will provide a structured development journey tailored to each apprentice, enabling them to maximise their full potential.

About You

To apply, you will have, or will be working towards, a postgraduate degree and/or relevant professional qualification in Computer Science and/or equivalent professional experience. A knowledge and understanding of Degree Apprenticeships is essential, as well as an understanding of student support needs, and an ability to provide guidance, signposting to specialist services as required.

We are also looking for candidates who have proven ability to foster and maintain relationships and effectively resolve tensions and difficulties in a positive manner.

The posts are based at the Mile End Campus in London. They are full time (35 hours per week), permanent appointments and are available immediately. The starting salary will be in the range of £34,733-£41,918 per annum (Grade 4), inclusive of London Allowance.
