Job Description/Summary
- Handles the reservation of venues, facilities, and equipment for face-to-face training programs.
- Coordinates with providers of meals/snacks for the food requirements of the certificate courses and other training programs.
- Serves as emcee during the opening and closing ceremonies.
- Assists the program participants and facilitators in all their respective and related concerns and inquiries before, during, and after the training programs.
- Arranges the training rooms and training equipment (e.g., projector, laptop, i-speak, loudspeakers, etc.) before and after the face-to-face sessions.
- Performs other tasks that are related to the position.
